Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Here at Laser Pics and Gifts, we want your order to be better than what you expected! Prior to shipping, we inspect each item for product defects, accuracy and most of all quality. We will promptly accept the return of any item that is defective due to manufacturing defects and will promptly replace the same item at no additional cost to you. It is your responsibility to pay for all return shipping charges and, if we determine the item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the same item and refund the shipping charges to your account. If we determine the product is not a manufacturing defect, we will return the same item to you and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. All items are to be returned within 7 days in the original packaging. Please understand engraved items cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect. No refunds for any reason can be made, only exchanges made and at our discretion. Some wood species may warp over time and the colors of the wood grain are NOT considered to be a defect.

In the event a product is ordered and is not available when ordered, we have the option to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value with or without notice and at no additional charge to you.

MISSPELLED, TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS OR INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO US IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-RETURNABLE. In the event the problem was caused by incomplete, incorrect or lack of information given, we will gladly remake the item for an additional charge. We want your order to be exactly the way you want it and your experience with us pleasant, SO PLEASE double check the spelling, dates, names and any other information prior to submitting your order. For best results, photos submitted are recommended to be a minimum of 300dpi. Pictures taken with your cell phone should be set on a minimum of 2 megapixels, 3 meg and over is preferred. You may send us an electronic formatted picture you have and we will do our best to provide you with the highest quality possible but cannot guarantee the quality. Faxed photos will not be accepted.

We will engrave any picture, information or logo you send us. We assume you have all rights to reproduce any logo, picture, or information you send us. Please understand that you take full responsibility for all pictures, information, and logo you send to us and you agree to comply with all copyright laws. Laser Pics And Gifts, LLC is not responsible if you do not have theses rights. If you have any questions please contact us prior to placing your order.
